Questions
What happens if I stop paying?
You keep every record, every report and the emergency card, and you can export all of them. What pauses is adding new documents, asking new questions, sharing, and adding people. Your own medical records are never placed behind a paywall — that is built into the product, not a policy we could quietly change.
Is this insurance advice?
No. Arkalife reads your policy documents back to you as they are written — the policy number, the sum insured, the claims helpline, who is covered. It does not sell policies, quote them, compare them, recommend them, or earn anything from an insurer. The subscription is the only money in the product.
Does Arkalife interpret my results?
No. You see the value, the range that lab printed on that report, and how it has changed. Not what it means, and not what to do about it.
